Agile Methodology
Our highest priority is to satisfy the teacher by meeting live review deadlines and showcasing valuable software in presentations.
Always be ready to change major aspects of the projects if necessary to produce a functional and working product.
Stay motivated throughout projects. Build a good environment for collaboration; support each team member and give them your trust.
Always find the best way to communicate with others in the team. This might be face to face, through Slack, etc.
Working software is the primary measure of progress.
At regular intervals, the team reflects on how to become more effective, then tunes and adjusts its behavior accordingly.
Strive for technical excellence. Try not to settle when you know certain functionalities or features can be improved.
